Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Jim-Bro.ai: this website, its calculators, and the app at app.jim-bro.kaldis.xyz. The service is provided by Kostas Kaldis, a sole trader based in Greece (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Not medical advice

Jim-Bro.ai is a tracking and information tool. The calculators, targets, plans and the AI coach’s answers are general estimates, not medical, dietary or clinical advice, and they can be wrong. AI-generated answers in particular may be inaccurate or incomplete, even when they cite sources.

Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Do not use the service in an emergency.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use the app, and 18 (or have a parent’s permission) to pay.
• Give accurate sign-up details, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• One person per account.

Free plan, Plus and token packs

Everything in the app is free except the AI features: the coach, photo logging, recipe import from a URL and plan import. These use AI tokens:

• Every account gets a small monthly token allowance. It resets each month and unused tokens do not carry over.
• Plus costs €10 per month, VAT included. It gives a larger monthly allowance and Plus-only features.
• Token packs are one-off purchases. Pack tokens do not expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out.

Prices are shown in euros including VAT before you pay. If we change the Plus price we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that. You can cancel before then.

Renewal and cancellation

• Plus renews automatically every month and charges the card you paid with, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in the app. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, we retry once a day and you keep Plus meanwhile. After 4 failed attempts Plus ends and your account returns to the free plan. Your data is not affected.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you buy Plus or a token pack, you ask us to give you access straight away. If you withdraw within 14 days:

• Plus: we refund the amount paid, minus a proportionate share for the days you already had Plus.
• Token packs: we refund the unused share of the pack. Tokens already used cannot be refunded.

To withdraw or ask for a refund, email support@jim-bro.kaldis.xyz with your account email. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights if something we sold you does not work as described.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

• break the law, or use the service to harm yourself or others;
• try to get around usage limits or payments, or access other people’s accounts or data;
• scrape the service, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows;
• upload content you have no right to share, or use the coach to produce unlawful or abusive material;
• resell or share access to your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Except in serious cases, we will warn you first.

Your content

What you log, write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. Answers the coach writes for you are yours to use.

The service

We keep improving Jim-Bro.ai, so features may change. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused paid time and unused pack tokens.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account ends any subscription, and any unused tokens are lost.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on estimates or AI answers. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Please contact us first. For an unresolved dispute you can also turn to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
